Today's mega-produce meal of choice: this Sweet Potato and Turmeric Smoothie.
All you need is:
¾ cup of cooked sweet potato
1 peeled orange
1 tablespoon of flaxseed (or golden linseed)
1 teaspoon of turmeric
300 ml of filtered water
