Gala Apple and Sausage Skillet by Dora Cheng
No offense summer, but there's another season calling our name. 🍂
With cooler temps come a whole new slew of fresh seasonal goodies. Thankfully, our team here at Produce Alliance is here to help you navigate the best of autumn's bounty.
Welcome to the #PAfallharvest! A curated preview of the upcoming and eagerly anticipated fall produce line-up.
But oh, that's not all friends. We're kicking off the season's eatings with a bang! Meet our amazing friend and new culinary partner in crime: Dora Cheng. ✨
Dora is a skilled chef with an eye (and taste!) for fine dining, fast eats, and everything else in between. You may recognize her as the witty @eating4three on Instagram, sharing her adventures in devouring professional dishes (#HaveUSeenMeEat) and whipping up some of her own (#HaveUSeenMeCook).
When she's not eating, Dora likes to hang out in local coffee shops, take naps, and entertain her cat, Bubblegum. 😸
Dora has agreed to bring her appetite and expertise for good eats to our #PAfallharvest!
First feature up: Gala apples! According to the PA Procurement team, Gala apples are projected to have an uber-successful season. All the more reason to replicate Dora's Apple and Sausage Skillet over...and over... and over again. 😋
Have at it, folks.
